We know very little about this creature. It seems to only want to do one thing. It wants to inflate itself until it is massive. It wants to get big enough to float away and visit its god. It plans to receive another batch of “presents”.

Containment: The old UpWard staff tied it down. They anchored it to the roof of the facility's floating castle to stop it from leaving. It has been stuck up there for decades. It is just waiting to be set free.

The Delivery: Reports mention Mr. Balloony having delivered its so called presents three times before. Supposedly, both Binky and Chompy were involved with the second and third delivery, yet only Binky is mentioned in the first delivery. These presents had great importance, but if they were so important for the facility, why would they have prevented another batch of them?
